It had a nice flow to it, very cohesive. Do this with some more detailed animation and I'm pretty sure you could make something that would stay at the top of the portal forever, like "Dad's Home" :)

... but it's been done a thousand times before. Though, you did make it look pretty. Silky smooth animation, mmmm... MMmmm... But you should put that into something new and interesting. there's my two cents.
